Very well located, you can walk to the Luar fair,

Good apartment, but it is "PROHIBITED MAKING FOOD IN THE APARTMENT", there are no pans, kitchen only for snacks and breakfast, the other apartments can make food without restrictions. Few pools for many apartments, no tables and enough chairs.
